These renovations included the neighborhood parks near Oak Park Ave., Metra train station and the South Street Project offering more than 200 apartments and 40,000 ft.² of retail space. But, the biggest expansion was the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater named the World Music Theater which seats over 28,000 participants.
